Summarizing a Nonfiction Text - Graphic Organizer
A graphic organizer to help students summarize a nonfiction text.
This graphic organizer is aimed at helping students summarize a nonfiction text using the categories of:
- title
- main idea
- three important words from the main idea
- three important details from the text
- summary of the text in one sentence.
Use the drop-down menu to choose between the PDF or the interactive Google slide version.
