Thanksgiving Word Building Fun!

This Thanksgiving word building activity is perfect to do with your class. Students will use their vocabulary and spelling skills to rearrange the letters in the word Thanksgiving to spell as many words as possible.

This Thanksgiving word game provides students with a set of printable letter cards to manipulate when trying to make new words using the letters in the word Thanksgiving. A recording sheet and answer key are also included.

Easily Prepare This Thanksgiving Word Game

Because this resource includes an answer sheet, we recommend you print one copy of the entire file. Then, make photocopies of the blank worksheet for students to complete.

Turn this teaching resource into a sustainable activity! Print a few copies of the recording sheet on cardstock and slip them into dry-erase sleeves. Students can write the words with a dry-erase marker, then erase and reuse them.
