Light Up Your Plans With a Where Is My Shadow? Game?

Are you looking for some end-of-unit fun to use in your Light and Shadow Unit Plans? We’ve got you covered with our ‘Where is My Shadow?’ Game for kindergarten students. In this game, students investigate where shadows appear when a light source shines on an object.

This interactive activity encourages students to carefully analyze each scene, predict where a shadow will appear, and test their thinking through immediate feedback. By exploring different examples, students gain valuable practice identifying how the position of a light source affects the location of a shadow.

Practice Identifying Where Shadows Appear

Throughout the game, students will interact with the board to practice identifying where shadows appear. Correct responses automatically advance to the next slide, while incorrect selections provide a gentle reminder to try again.
