In this Energy Sources Poster Project, students will investigate how each energy source works, its advantages, its disadvantages, and its environmental impact. Then, they transform their research into a persuasive advertisement promoting the use of their chosen energy source.

This project encourages students to think like scientists, researchers, and designers. Using the included worksheets, students will:

  • Identify advantages and disadvantages
  • Create a catchy slogan and persuasive pitch
  • Plan and sketch an advertisement layout
  • Design a final poster using their research
