Brain Break Activities with Instructions

Signs and posters with games to play with your class when they need a quick brain break!

Print out the brain break activity signs and stick them on a paddle pop stick. Use these signs to indicate to your students what activity they will be doing.

Use the posters with instructions to remind the students what the activity is.

I love this resource – as adults we know it’s good to take a break to re focus – these activities have been around forever but we forget to use them – kids respond to these games so well and the motivation and switch in attitude is amazing.
