Include these puzzles in your English group activities to give students a hands-on way to practise recognising base words within common compound words.
These easy-to-assemble puzzle pieces can be used in a variety of ways. Have your students play a memory game by flipping the pieces over, or play an engaging ‘march and match’ game by marching around the classroom to find your matching puzzle piece.
Print them on thick card for durability.
