Fact Family Find and Flip - Addition and Subtraction (Upper)

$0.99 or Free on Plus | 1 page (PDF)|Grades: 2 - 4

Addition and subtraction game cards demonstrating the relationship between fact families.

Use this teaching resource so that your students can consolidate their understanding of fact families.

Print out the game mat for students to play in pairs. Students cut out each game square, discard the border, and place the squares face up.

Students roll two dice, and add the numbers together to balance an addition equation. Students then find and complete the matching subtraction equation. Flip over both game cards once they have been completed.

Take turns in playing the game until all cards have been completed and flipped.
