Teaching Resource
Is It True? Listening Activity
A PowerPoint including 15 images to use as prompts for a listening activity.
Use this teaching resource to refine listening skills. The resource includes a PowerPoint and sample script describing each of the images.
Students listen to the description read by the teacher while viewing an image. They decide whether the information is accurate or not.
This resource provides great exposure to descriptive vocabulary. Vocabulary may be adjusted to suit the language level of the students.
There are two versions of the script. One version includes images and the other does not.
