The Recycling Plastics Freeze Frame Activity helps students explore how plastic materials change during recycling and strengthens their understanding of states of matter and real-world sustainability practices.
In this Recycling Plastics Freeze Frame activity, students draw and label four stages of plastic bottle recycling. As they identify the state of matter in each frame, students deepen their understanding of how materials can change from solid to liquid and back again.
