Turn your wordsmiths into walking thesauruses with this interactive synonym and antonym drag- and-drop activity.

This synonym-matching activity builds vocabulary skills and solidifies your students’ understanding of the meanings of words. Each of the 20 slides requires students to find a synonym for one word and an antonym for another word, along with three possible answers. Students drag the correct words into place, reinforcing vocabulary knowledge through movement and repetition.

The resource is designed to be clear, visual and accessible, making it a great fit for busy primary classrooms where attention spans can shift quickly and teachers need activities that just work without a lot of set-up!
