Try 3 Before Me Poster

Free on Plus | 1 page (PDF)|Grades: 1 - 6

A poster encouraging students to consider self-help steps before asking the teacher.

This quick-reference poster encourages students to consider other options before asking the teacher for help.

Information on the poster includes:

  1. Ask yourself… Stop and think about the directions you were given.
  2. Look around… Are the directions written anywhere? What are your classmates doing?
  3. Ask a friend… Quietly ask a friend near you to help.

THEN… If you still aren’t sure what to do, ask the teacher.
