COVID-19 Student Experience Template

PDF, Google Slides | 1 page|Grades: 1 - 6

A reflective template for students to fill out about their experiences with COVID-19 and the isolation restrictions.

The COVID-19 pandemic of 2020 will surely make it into our history books for future generations to read. So why not have your students record their own experiences of the outbreak.

Use this template to gather your students’ reactions and experiences on what has been happening during the COVID-19 restrictions. Then, create a COVID-19 Pandemic book using all of your students’ experience sheets for future classes to read.
