Dressing Up A Sentence Activity

An activity to help encourage students to add more descriptive language into their sentence writing.

Use this teaching resource in small groups, or as a whole class. Students pick a simple, boring sentence from a pack of 60 flashcards. They then use the ‘Dressing Up a Sentence’ template, which will guide them in how to add to the sentence.
