Support your students in building confidence and communication skills with this Presentation Skills Feedback resource.
Presentation Skills Feedback Made Simple
Make audience participation engaging with these presentation skills feedback – audience reaction cards. Students can hold up cue cards to show their reactions, such as “Great Eye Contact!” or “Speak Louder, Please.” These visual prompts keep the audience attentive while providing immediate, non-disruptive feedback to the presenter. Teachers can use them as part of formative assessment, or integrate them into presentation rubrics.
Some of the cues include:
- Great volume
- Louder please
- Slow down
- Nice gestures
- Good eye contact
- I can hear you well
- Can you explain that word?
- Great sentence!
Peer Assessment with Feedback Cards
Encourage students to take an active role in evaluating presentations using these ready-to-go peer assessment with feedback cards. With simple cues and visuals, students can provide comments on strengths, areas for improvement, and presentation delivery. This structured peer assessment approach helps students build listening skills while also reflecting on what makes an effective presentation.
