A poster to use with young students when teaching alliteration.

Use this poster when teaching young students about alliteration and poetry.

Alliteration is a literary device used by authors and poets to capture the attention of the reader. For there to be alliteration, at least two or more words must start with the same sound.

    Alliteration does not always have to start with the same LETTER. It requires the same start SOUND, which often comes from the same letter but does not have to.
