Deliciously Fun Ways to Use These Counting Task Cards

  • Whole Class Activity – provide students with show me boards and project one task cards onto the white board. Have students count and then write the number on their white boards.
  • Active Activity – For task cards that have students comparing seed numbers have them go the either the left or right hand side of the classroom for the watermelon piece that has the most.
  • Use the task cards in small groups during maths groups.
  • Use as an independent activity for students.
