Celebrate your students’ special grandmothers with a fun and funny Grandparent’s Day Questionnaire.

A Grandma’s Day Questionnaire to Make Granny Grin

This adorable Grandparents’ Day questionnaire is perfect for creating a special grandma gift that will spark joy and initiate a laugh for grandmas around the globe! In this questionnaire, students are prompted to answer very specific questions about their grandpa using only what they know or think they know. If you’ve ever gotten one, you know how funny some of their responses can be!

Inclusive Grandparents’ Day Activity

The questionnaire has been duplicated with two messages. We have one dedicated explicitly to Grandma and another for students who have another name for their grandmother and would prefer to use it.

These questionnaires are not meant to be entirely accurate descriptions of the special ladies in your students’ lives. With such limited background knowledge, young students will generate funny statements that will give Grandma a laugh on Grandparents’ Day! Have you ever met a 20-kilogram grandma? Or maybe one that’s 18 meters tall? Probably not, but it’s fun to see what kids come up with!

Once complete, mount your questionnaires on thick paper and laminate. Now Grandma has a special keepsake to remind her of her ‘special’ qualities, as told by a child.
