Create Your Own Mindful Cat Bookmark to Colour and Personalise

Each adorable cat bookmark in this set has been created by one of our in-house designers and is ready for students to colour in and make their own! With four bookmarks per page, each design includes a calming pattern and a large space in the middle where students can write their name or continue the mindfulness design with their own patterns and doodles.

Creating their own cat bookmark will help your students develop focus and creative expression, while also encouraging a sense of ownership over their reading journey.

How to Use and Personalise These Mindfulness Bookmarks

Personalise your students’ bookmarks by typing their name into the editable middle space using Google Slides or PowerPoint, or simply handwrite it for a personal touch. The centre space can also be used for mindful drawing or writing a positive reading message.

Once decorated, students can colour in the relaxing patterns around the border. We recommend printing on thick card and laminating the bookmarks once they’ve decorated them to increase durability so students can enjoy using them throughout the term or year.

These bookmarks are a lovely way to kick off a reading unit or support a social-emotional learning lesson. Use them to start a discussion about focus, calm, and building a personal reading habit—or let students set intentions for their reading journey and write them on their bookmark.
