Australian Money Word Search with Solution

Teach Starter Publishing
PDF | 2 pages | Years: 2 - 7

A word search to help your students to learn what the Australian currency looks like and their corresponding names.

Students are required to use the image of the Australian coin or note and find the corresponding name for it in the Word Search.

Spaces in the names with two words are not present in the Word Search. Ten Dollars = TENDOLLARS in the Word Search.

The solutions are provided on the second page.

Use in conjunction with the Australian Currency Poster.

Hi, just wondering why the notes don't come out when I print? The coins print perfectly.

Hi :) Just wondering if a new version of this resource may be in the works with the new style notes? Thanks

Hi Rebecca. Thank you for your suggestion. I have updated the word search to reflect the new Australian notes. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help with.

For the lower grades it would be helpful if you could provide a sheet with the notes and coins labeled as well please.
