A Variety of Animals and Their Movements Worksheets
This resource pack includes six Animals and Their Movements Worksheets, each focusing on a different set of three animal movements. Students will cut out six pictures and sort the animals into three movement categories on each worksheet, such as:
- walk/swim/fly
- crawl/slither/run
- hop/walk/swim
- fly/crawl/run
Each worksheet requires students to observe animal features, consider how those features help the animal move, and make thoughtful classification decisions before gluing the picture into the correct category. An answer key is included for quick checking or guided instruction.
