Numeracy working mats to explore place value, operations and fractions.

Use this teaching resource in the classroom for numeracy operations and concepts. The working mats are available for:

  • place value
  • addition and subtraction
  • multiplication and division
  • fractions, decimals and percentages.

Students complete activities including:

  • drawing arrays
  • completing fact families
  • demonstrating commutative property
  • finding equivalence between fractions
  • writing a story
  • drawing a picture.

Print and laminate the mats for students to use repeatedly with a removable marker. Alternatively, provide each student with a black and white version to paste into their workbooks.
