PDF | 1 page|Grades: 3 - 6

A fun, hands-on literacy activity using a dice and chart to create a silly book title.

Use this teaching resource to create a silly book title.

How to use this resource:

  1. Roll the dice. Match the number rolled to a row on the chart, and circle the number in the ‘1st Roll’ column.
  2. Roll again. Match the number to a row on the chart, and circle the word in the ‘2nd Roll’ column.
  3. Continue the process until you have something circled in each column.
  4. Write your silly book title at the bottom of the page.

This resource works great as an independent reading groups activity.

Pair this with our Design Your Own Book Cover resource for a great creative writing activity!
