## Differentiated 2D Shapes and 3D Objects Worksheets F-6

Levelled worksheet sets are an excellent tool for teachers to help students practise their skills in a particular strand of maths. Use these curriculum-aligned worksheets to check students’ understanding of the names, properties and features of shapes.  Each of these levelled worksheet sets caters to a different level of learner. Select between versions (grade-levelled or without the grade shown).

These worksheet sets are aligned to the relevant curriculum code for each grade from Foundation to Grade 6. Use them to support your Measurement and Geometry lessons in your primary classroom! Our team of teachers has designed each set of sheets with the relevant grade-level curriculum outcomes in mind.

The topics covered in each level are:

• Foundation: Basic 2D (two-dimensional) shapes: triangle, square, circle, rectangle and hexagon
• Year One: 2D shapes and 3D objects
• Year Two: 2D shapes: descriptions and properties
• Year Three: 3D shapes: descriptions and properties; prisms
• Year Four: regular and irregular shapes
• Year Five: nets of 3D objects
• Year Six: constructing prisms and pyramids

Use the dropdown icon on the Download button to choose between the PDF or editable Google Slides version of this resource. Once you’ve determined which format you’d like your download in, decide whether you’d like the pack with the year level displayed at the top of the sheet, or to have no year level displayed (best for differentiation).

Because this resource includes an answer sheet, we recommend you print one copy of the entire file. Then, make photocopies of the blank worksheet for students to complete.

To save paper, we suggest printing these worksheets double-sided.
