Study Needs and Wants Through Movement!

Are you looking for something new and exciting to replace those needs and wants worksheets for younger students? You’re in the right place! Your students will love learning the difference between the things they need and the things they want with this active, whole-class game.

How to Play

  1. Print the recording sheet or have the students record their answers on whiteboards. Display the presentation in Slideshow mode.
  2. Students answer the questions on each slide and record their answers using the preferred method.
  3. When a THIS OR THAT slide appears, each student will choose a move to complete. Then, click on the next slide to see the winning move! This gives students a quick brain break before moving on to the next question.
