Learning Reflection Templates for the Win!

This set of three easy to use reflection templates are the perfect tool to give to your students after learning a topic or unit of work. Each template is one page of reflection goodness that gives your students prompts and will provide you with a good understanding of where each individual student is at the end of their learning. The following templates are included:

3-2-1 Reflection Template

This reflection/feedback template has students reflecting and writing down the following bits of information: 3 things I learnt, 2 fun facts and 1 question they still have.

3-3-3 Reflection Template

This reflection/feedback template has students writing down 2 things they learnt, 3 super facts and 3 things they are still curious about.

4-3-2-1 Reflection Template

The final reflection/feedback template has students writing down 4 things they learnt, 3 fun facts, explaining 2 things they learnt but in their own words and including 1 question they still might have.

How to Use Reflection Templates in the Classroom

This set of three different sheets can be used at the end of a lesson to gain a greater understanding of where students are sitting with their knowledge and help teachers plan accordingly for future lessons. It’s also a great tool to use at the end of a unit of work to gain an understanding of how the students have gone in terms of their personal knowledge.
