How to Use This Resource
Use these templates as a way for your students to track their progress on goals they have created for each subject each grading term.
Students will set an achievable goal for each subject area at the beginning of each grading period. Then, do individual goal checks with each student throughout the term to check on their progress.
Easily Prepare This Resource for Your Students
Use the drop-down menu to choose between the 6-week or 9-week term templates in PDF format or the Google Slides version with both sets in the download. Open the file, print your copies, and you are ready to get moving.
