Each page includes a letter, a Halloween-related object, and a word to trace or write.
Differentiated ABC Halloween Book of Costumes
This ABC Halloween book of costumes comes in two versions to suit different learning needs.
- Version 1 provides dotted tracing lines for students to use to write each of the words.,
- Version 2 provides blank handwriting lines and the word written in a standard font above the picture. Students will write the word independently on the lines.
These two variations allow you to choose the version that best fits your students’ handwriting development.

Printing Instructions:
Getting started with your Halloween Alphabet Book is simple! To print your new resource, follow these steps:
- Click the download button on this page.
- Choose your preferred file format: PDF for easy printing or editable Google Slides for a customisable digital option.
- In your print menu settings, select ‘Print on Both Sides’ and ‘Flip on Short Edge’. Choosing these two options will ensure that your booklet prints in the correct order and follows the sequence needed when it is folded in half.
- Print a copy of the booklet for each student in this manner. Fold each booklet in half and staple along the edge to create the booklet.
