Use Your Students’ Completed Halloween Cat Coloring Sheets!
Don’t let your students stuff their Halloween Cat coloring sheets into their desks! Here are a few fun ways you can actually use them in the classroom!
- Classroom Garland – Punch holes and string the cats together to hang across the room.
- Halloween Classroom Garland – Using a standard hole punch, create two holes near the top edge. Once all the sheets are punched, thread a long piece of twine through the holes, alternating the direction of the string to create a continuous garland.
- Spooky Story Prompts – Post the completed cat coloring pages on the board and let students use one to inspire a creepy tale.
- Acrostic Poems – Mount each cat coloring sheet next to a Halloween poem (like using the word CAT or SPOOKY).
- Puzzle Pieces: Cut each completed cat coloring sheet into 4–6 pieces, and have students trade and reassemble them.
- Class Quilt – Trim each cat coloring page into a square and mount it on square construction paper. Then arrange them into a giant Halloween quilt display.
