Informative Texts Writing Task - Cupcakes
A fact file and a scaffolding template that can be used to write an informative text about cupcakes.
Use this teaching resource when your students are learning how to write an informative text.
Students read the facts about cupcakes and sort them into the table provided.
Using these facts, students then write an informative text using the scaffolding sheet provided.
An answer sheet for the sorting activity has been included in the download.
