To Prepare

  1. Display the slides one at a time through a projector or give students a link to the slide deck to work at their own pace.
  2. Print a guidebook for each student or group of students.
  3. Print out the Mission Accomplished sign and place it in an envelope.
  4. Print out the Mission Code Sheet and glue it to the front of an envelope.

To Implement

  1. Read the introduction to the class.
  2. Give each student or group their guidebook.
  3. Students work through the clues using the slides and their guidebook to solve the different problems.
  4. Once the students have all four answers for the code, they will bring their guidebook to you to verify their code. If it is correct, hand over the Magical Message Envelope for them to open and receive the Mystery Accomplishment message.
