Inspire Christmas Writing with Letters to Santa!
It’s time to get ready for Christmas! Forget the fruitcake and the tinsel; it’s time to talk about Santa! We have a fun and easy way to inspire your students to write and dream during the holiday season.
Using our Santa letter template, your students will write letters to Santa during their writing block. The template is designed for older students who need less structure in their writing. Help your students write better letters by trying these ideas
- Encourage students to add personal details and experiences in their letters to Santa. This will make their letters more meaningful and engaging and help them practice their writing skills.
- Provide students with examples of well-written letters to Santa that they can use as inspiration for their own writing. This will give them a better understanding of what makes a good letter.
- Provide students with some guidance on how to structure their letters, such as including an opening, body, and closing. This will help them organize their thoughts and ideas and write more cohesively. You can also provide some tips on how to address Santa and sign off on the letter.
