Informational Reading and Holocaust Timeline Worksheet

Through this activity, students will organize the events that led up to and occurred during the Holocaust. Beginning with the initial events and laws placed upon the Jewish people, this passage takes students on a journey through one of the most horrific events in world history, ending with the final liberation of Jewish people from concentration camps.

This timeline is a perfect activity for students to complete after a lesson on happenings during the time of the Holocaust. Students will cut apart a series of statements and paste them in chronological order on the Holocaust timeline diagram.

Students can complete this activity as a summarizing or culminating activity or use it as a reference in an interactive notebook. You could also display this resource in your classroom for students to reference during your discussions around World War II.
