How Can Environmental Changes Affect Wildlife?

Our world is a delicate balance of plants and animals living together. But the environment is constantly changing, affecting various species’ survival. Climate, habitat demolition, and pollution make it challenging for organisms to adapt and survive. We need to understand how these changes influence life on Earth and work to preserve and sustain our planet’s biodiversity.

Help your students understand the importance of conservation and preservation of the natural world by discussing and writing about the possible effects of environmental change on different plants and animals. This printable worksheet presents the student with nine scenarios to consider, guiding them to write the potential effects of a natural or manmade environmental change.
