Look at Light With Our Where is My Shadow? Worksheets

Are you on the hunt for ways to make your Light Energy unit more engaging and fun? We’ve got you covered with our brand new ‘Where is My Shadow’ Worksheet pack!

This ‘Where is My Shadow?’ Worksheet Pack is perfect for young learners to investigate how shadows are formed. This activity pack is designed for kindergarten students learning that light travels in straight lines and that objects can block light to create shadows.

By observing light sources positioned around different objects, students continue to grow their abilities to predict, identify, and draw where shadows will appear.

Draw the Shadow Based on the Light Source

This set of five worksheets provides students with several opportunities to observe illuminated objects and determine where shadows will fall based on the position of the light source. The following worksheets are included:

  • 3 x Shadow Drawing Worksheets
  • 2 x Identifying Where Shadows Appear Worksheets

We have also included an answer key for easy grading or reference.
