An independent research task in which students make links between athletic performance and balanced nutrition.
Use this research task when learning about the importance of health, nutrition and sporting performance.
Students are required to:
- research the most recent dietary guidelines for their country
- design a menu for a three-course meal, remembering to include a healthy balance of all the food groups.
