Georgia Gunew (pronounced ‘Gun-ev’) is an Australian Para athlete with a vision impairment who competes in alpine skiing with the support of her sighted guide, Ethan Jackson. Together, Georgia and Ethan demonstrate the power of trust, communication and determination as they traverse snowy slopes all around the world. Georgia’s story is one of courage and perseverance, making her an ideal role model for students learning about resilience and inclusion in the lead-up to the Winter Paralympic Games.
