A user-friendly tool for teachers to assess their students’ reading fluency and accuracy, with texts based on a rainforest theme.

This teaching resource includes:

  • teacher instructions
  • a literary text and a factual text about rainforests, modified to suit three levels of student ability
  • an assessment tool for each text, allowing teachers to assess the accuracy, expression, volume, phrasing, intonation and smoothness of each students’ reading.
