Alphabet Matching Caterpillar Activity
A vibrant and fun activity to teach lowercase and uppercase to young children.
This is a great independent or small group activity for young children to do to help consolidate their knowledge of uppercase and lowercase letters.
How to use this resource:
- Print out the caterpillar (2 pages) and stick each pageย together to create theย caterpillar board. You may like to laminate this board so that it can be used again.
- Laminate and cut out the yellow and purple circles that haveย the lowercase letters of the alphabet.
- Ask the students to match the lowercase circles to the uppercase letters on the caterpillar.
