A match-up activity for students to match experimental design terminology with their definitions.

Use this resource when learning about experimental design and the scientific method.

Print out the resource on cardstock for added durability. Cut out the cards and store them in a resealable bag.

Give each student or pair of students a set of cards to match the term with its definition. This activity can also be done as a whole-class activity in the middle of a lesson by attaching the cards to a magnetic whiteboard using small magnets.

Use the drop-down menu to choose between the color or black and white versions.

An answer key is included in the download.
