1. Use the download button to download/make a copy of the Google Slides template.
2. Determine which layout you would like for your nameplates, and delete the other two slides in the slide deck.
3. Once you have the design you prefer, duplicate the slide as many times as needed to create enough tags for your students. You can do this by using the copy/paste command or right-clicking the slide thumbnail and selecting “Duplicate”. 
4. Type in your student names, adjusting fonts if desired.
5. Download as a PDF and print your new desk tags!

 Easily Prepare This Resource for Your Students

Teacher Tip! Print your desk name plates for your students on sturdy, white cardstock. After printing, you can affix them to the desks of your students. To make things easier, we suggest using velcro dots or strips. This allows for easy removal of the desk name plates when the desk is being cleaned or changed.
