Get your students excited about summer with this Summer Bucket List flipbook.
How To Create Your Summer Bucket List Flipbook
Use this narrative writing template in the weeks leading up to the end of the school year.
Students will go through each page, reflecting on the things they want to do this summer by drawing a picture and/or writing a short paragraph, including a:
- Places they want to visit
- Things they want to do
- People they want to see
- Hobbies they want to learn
- Games they want to learn
- Books they want to read
When students are finished with each activity, they’ll cut and staple the pages together to assemble the flipbook.

Additionally, project a page onto a screen and work through it as a class by having students record their answers in their journals.
