Alphabet Display Poster

Teach Starter Publishing
PDF | 1 page | Years: P - F

A bright and colourful poster to display when introducing the letters of the alphabet.

Display this educational poster in your home or classroom to promote letter recognition and phonemic awareness.

Each letter of the alphabet, shown in both upper and lower case letters, has a picture starting with each letter/sound. (Note: The letter ‘x’ is the exception, focusing on the end sound rather than the initial sound).

A black and white version is included, should children like to colour the pictures themselves.

This is great. Anyway this can be presented using Victorian Modern Cursive? Love your work guys!

Hi there Jenni. Thank you for sharing your positive feedback with us. We're glad you like the poster! We chose to keep this resource fairly simple and went with a standard font so that the letters would be easily recognised by a wide audience. The purpose of the resource is to help young children identify the letters of the alphabet and the sounds they make, rather than school-font specific letter formation. However, if you would like to request a Victorian Modern Cursive version, you can do so here: Thanks again, and have a wonderful day!
