Teaching Resource
Frida's Fiesta: Dietary Requirements – Projects
A project where students can explore different dietary requirements and the types of food that cater for them.
Welcome to Frida’s Fiesta, the world’s greatest Mexican-style restaurant.
In this teaching resource, students will study the Frida’s Fiesta menu to identify what items could be highlighted to cater for certain dietary requirements and which ones are missing. This project prompts students to inquire as to why people can or cannot eat certain food types and ingredients and research what foods can replace and supplement in their place.
Check out our other Frida’s Fiesta projects, task cards and activities by visiting the Frida’s Fiesta Resource Collection.
