Alien Number Sequencing Cards - 1 to 20
A hands-on activity to practice number sequencing from 1 to 20.
Use this teaching resource when identifying and sequencing numbers from 1 to 20.
Print out the cards on cardstock for added durability. Cut them out and store them in a resealable bag. Then have students put thee cards in numerical order.
This resource works well when used as a math center activity.

Understand the relationship between numbers and quantities; connect counting to cardinality.
- CCSS.MATH.CONTENT.K.CC.B.4.A
When counting objects, say the number names in the standard order, pairing each object with one and only one number name and each number name with one and only one object.

Understand that the last number name said tells the number of objects counted. The number of objects is the same regardless of their arrangement or the order in which they were counted.

Count to 120, starting at any number less than 120. In this range, read and write numerals and represent a number of objects with a written numeral.
