- Vocabulary Analysis – Choose some of the traditional vocabulary from the rhyme to explore in greater detail, e.g. crown, caper. Have the students suggest words that we might use today instead of these more traditional words.
- Historical Perspectives – As a class, investigate the origins of the rhyme and what life was like during that time period.
