A fun mindfulness activity that involves coloring and making a paper pinwheel.
Use this free pinwheel template with instructions to create a paper pinwheel that can be used for mindful breathing activities.
Decorate the pinwheel with a paper straw, thumb tac, and a stopper. While it’s true that pinwheels do turn better on a real pin, the activity includes instructions for a split pin (brass brad) assembly too.
Check out our blog for more mindfulness activities for children.
