What Is a PEEL Paragraph? Here’s a Refresher!

PEEL is a simple yet powerful writing framework that helps students craft strong persuasive paragraphs. It stands for Point, Evidence, Explanation and Link – four distinct elements that help students express their ideas clearly, justify them with evidence, and tie everything back to the main argument. The PEEL acronym is a memorable scaffold that can help students write well-structured, cohesive and convincing persuasive paragraphs.
