3-Digit Place Value Scavenger Hunt Worksheet

PDF, Word | 1 page|Grades: 1 - 2

A fun, scavenger-hunt style worksheet to use in the classroom when exploring 3-digit place value.

Use this resource when exploring 3-digit place values.

Students will read a clue, then use magazines, newspapers, or catalogs to find a 3-digit number that matches the clue. When they have found a match, they cut and paste the number onto their worksheet. There are 9 clues for students to read and complete.

Print a worksheet for each student to complete the task as a whole class or print one copy on cardstock and place it inside of a dry erase sleeve to use as a math center activity.

Download the editable Word version to change the clues for repetitive use and to suit the needs of your students.
