A sheet of letters to use when making CVC words.
Print out the letters and cut them out. Students are required to make words using the consonants and vowels. The vowels are in red and the consonants are in green. You may need to print more than one copy of the letter sheets to give students the opportunity to make words with double letters.
Common Core Curriculum alignment
Isolate and pronounce the initial, medial vowel, and final sounds (phonemes) in three-phoneme (consonant-vowel-consonant, or CVC) words.1 (This does not include CVCs ending with /l/, /r/, or /x/.)
