Each time I try to print this resource, the outline for the cube is missing… what am I doing wrong?
Nina Grieve · Jan 31st, 2020
Hi Nina,
Thank you for contacting us. I’m sorry to hear that you are having printing issues. I hope I can help!
The first suggestion would be to ensure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed.
http://get.adobe.com/reader/ Once you have done this, please try printing again.
If the issue persists, perhaps you could try turning on and off the “print pdf as image” setting.
http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/quick-fix-print-pdf-image.html
If all of that fails, we have some more information here to try, specifically the “No Pages Selected” issue: http://support.teachstarter.com/faqs-and-troubleshooting/resource-printing-issues
I hope this information helps. If you have any further questions, please let me know. I’m happy to help!
